Hair

It seems to be some sort of statement that young men want to make when they leave home for the first time.

They dont want to cut their hair.

Hubby was like that.

And now my Arrow #1 and Arrow #2 are doing likewise.

I wonder why.... Hahahaha!

Disciplining Children

Apparently they have decided it is NOT a good thing to keep praising one's children anymore.

It is also NOT a good thing NOT to smack them.

Maybe I am too simple.

Don't you think it's about time these researchers just relied on what the Lord's Word says?

What an Evening

He could barely stop grinning most of the evening. So many tales to tell with so many friends to tell them to.

Here he is, regaling them with another.
And here she is laughing at his version even as others delight in his gift of narration.
What a lot of laughter and fun there was that evening!

There was a wedding going on outside and we were definitely louder than they were when we were not filling our mouths with food!
